Conveyor Ovens are batch ovens that operate by moving product through a cavity equipped with a radiant heating element located above the food by means of a metal belt or conveyor. Impinger Ovens operate similarly but make use of jets of pressurized air to heat food from both above & below. Both types of oven are stackable, can be equipped with dual belts and come in different widths, depending on the application. Both styles oven are great for flatbread, pizzas and open faced items in addition to other recipes, which can include fish, sandwiches, chicken wings, pasta, vegetables, and even steak. Because belt speed & cavity temperature can be programmed, Conveyor Ovens don't require constant attention, so they're easier to operate with less labor.
