Chef removing vegetables on a square pan from a high speed oven

High Speed Ovens (not to be confused with Microwave Ovens), employ multiple cooking methods (typically convection and microwaving) to cook food much faster than traditional convection ovens or grills. High Speed Ovens have a smaller foot print than other ovens allowing for easier placement throughout a kitchen as well as being ventless (if equipped with a catalytic converter). Typically they are equipped with programmable touchscreens and units can store as many as 200 recipes to allow for more efficient and consistent use. Many are capable of self-diagnostics for cleaning and maintenance.
