Negatives:

After a few years the cleaning cycle has become very difficult to manage. The chemical produces a gelatinous byproduct that clogs the drain then causing it to flood the kitchen floor during the cycle. Have had someone out to try and resolve but no solutions found. Also called Rational but no helpful assistance there either. We now are forced to only clean on the mid setting to avoid this.
