- It's ability to be probe/time controlled
Negatives:
- It may be nit-picky, but I wish the touch screen controls were moderately more sensitive. It often feels like I have to push on the actuating buttons multiple times to get them to register.

Love the blast chiller overall. Its general ease of use is amazing as well as it's ability to allow me to control the time and temperature of my products, especially my protein prep has yielded much better products for my customers.

“Very nice machine to safely , and rapidly cool your product for storage. The electronic controls can be confusing for some staff members.”
