very versatile, cooks quickly and precisely
steams, smokes, bakes & reheats!

Negatives:

its difficult to find someone who knows how to fix it when it breaks

For me, the bottom line is:

I'm pretty impressed to be honest. just hope it doesn't break!! the service tech just stares at it like a T.V. set, confused and on the phone with his boss Lol
