I've owned or used this product for
two years or more.For me, the bottom line is:
I would not purchase this again, despite being a fan of Beverage Air coolers. The probe cable has shorted out inexplicably 3 times and was $500 to replace each time. I never used the probe, it stayed in its cradle. No reason it should have shorted out.
