Great reviews and good product features. It was hard to move away from Alta Sham, but very happy with our choice.

For me, the bottom line is:

Rational has done an excellent job at elevating the usage of a unit that is not the old-fashioned combi, instead a unit that can be as simple as a steamer and turn around and make a stirfry (which the unit does very well).
