“Having 2 of these units in multiple units (24 kitchens) affords me the experience to speak from experience. With staff turnover and multiple users in each location. We rarely had issues and received superior support when opening new kitchens (6 during my stint) or replacing (7-9 times). A factory representative and a technician were on site and helpful for install and start up.”
