Delete Your ChefWorthy Account

You can permanently delete your ChefWorthy account and associated data at any time. Here's how, and exactly what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the ChefWorthy app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and login identity are removed immediately and you're signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@chefworthy.pro from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, and login identity
• Saved equipment, notes, and equipment lists
• Your kitchens, floor plans, and saved simulations
• Direct messages and notifications

What is anonymized

Public contributions — reviews, posts, and comments — are kept so the community ratings they support stay accurate, but they are disconnected from your identity (your name and profile are removed).

What we retain

Records of gift-card and reward redemptions are retained where required for financial, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, with personal information (such as the delivery email) removed.
