Available in a stainless steel exterior and interior or stainless steel exterior with an aluminum interior, both options feature heavy-duty, 20-gauge stainless… steel door with a stay-open feature for easy product loading. Set on cam-lift hinges, and with a stainless steel interior liner, each door has a one-piece, snap-in magnetic door gasket. The low-profile handles and cylinder lock offer a stylish look without compromising functionality.Performance and functionality are key elements to the Ultraspec series. The full electronic control with touchpoint interface allows for easy selections and a clear temperature display. This easy-to- use control also features a manager's lockout function-allowing for specific temperature control and reducing inadvertent changes to the settings.The high-performance, top-mount refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to comply with all environmental concerns. By utilizing a variable speed compressor, the motor adapts its speed based on demand, thus providing maximum efficiency and reduced energy consumption. All Ultraspec units utilize expansion valve technology, allowing the refrigeration system to automatically adjust for the proper amount of refrigerant needed. The epoxy-coated coil is located out of the food zone allowing full use of the internal cabinet. Additionally, the Ultraspec series offers a hinged front shroud, for ease of service.Each model comes standard with adaptive defrost, a feature that will reduce energy consumption by only going into defrost mode when necessary. This allows for more consistent temperature stratification and quicker cabinet pull down. Refrigerator models are capable of maintaining product temperatures of 36°F to 38°F. Freezer models maintain temperatures of -10°F.
