Positives:
- Fairly sturdy strong piece of equipment
- Heavy and fairly durable
Negatives:
- The pilots behind the handles on the burner side have come loose twice within two years. The pilot in one of the convection ovens doesn't stay lit. The other oven needed to be calibrated twice since we have been using it. Didn't expect to need service as much as we do.
