Negatives:

Does not drain condensate well; defrost cycles and heated door seals drip water on floor and cause rust. I have a remote condenser and the unit is still very loud. The shelf clips are not reliable, will pop out and a shelf corner will drop, and they are very hard to install. The inverted door handles are convenient because they don't stick out into the work area, but they reduce the door insulation at that spot causing condensation that drips down the front of the door.

For me, the bottom line is:

Unfortunately, I have to say that I'm not very impressed with the design (or build quality) of these units. They have been a hassle the entire time we have owned them with freeze-ups, water leaking, and too many other small problems.
