Very reliable!

Negatives:

The only issue I have with this well built machine is that I have to drain it in a deep hotel pan because it sits so low my shortening shuttle is taller than the disposal valve.

I couldn't love a fryer more than this one! It filters lightning fast, easy to clean! It's digital display is easy to read and operate with built in timers.
