Consistent Fry times in high volume
Automatic filtration limited liability

Negatives:

Once times are set it can be a pain to have to change times to accommodate new product. Limited to 6 time settings per basket, so that focuses on revolving menus around that limitation

For me, the bottom line is:

Good overall, Cleaning of fryer interior mechanical is not the most efficient as is with most fryers. Basket times are convenient if menu does not change frequently.
