strong fryer which recovers temps very quickly when doing large batches of fries
consistent quality of product with quick recovery times that result in quicker frying of products

Negatives:

Maybe a one off but after 6 months use we experienced problems with the baffle causing the fryer to shut down or not start up until we fixed the issue. In 7 years usage this has happened a couple times

Overall this is a very good fryer when working properly. It is strong, consistent and fries better than most fryers.
