Positives:
- the dish machine cleans barware very well
- the temp on this machine is very consistent
Negatives:
- As with any hobart you have to get a hobart tech or a company who works on hobarts. We were one of the first to get this machine a few years back and the design is very advanced. It was a challenge for techs to fix.

Overall it is a very good piece of equipment as long as it is taken care of and cleaned properly.
