Positives:

It has lasted over 25 years and still works well
Over the years we have had few repairs done to the unit mostly being refrigerant leaks in the remote lines

Negatives:

Probably unrealistic being so old, it is difficult to find replacement parts

This has been reliable equipment that obviosly has lasted a very long time. Other than usual wear and tear it has remained a great investment.
