Positives:
- Flexible options with sizing, power and ventilation needs.
- Price point comparable to other brands was a factor.
Negatives:
- The ventless has some drawbacks when trying to process dishes quickly. The run time for a load is very fast. After the load finishes, you then must wait for the fan to complete a cycle before opening the door. This can slow things down. If you need fast turnover, I recommend the ventless conveyor unit.

I have multiple units that I've owned or used for
six months to one year.I ultimately choose this brand because:
Jackson has a nice line of ventless dishwashers. We currently have three other units that are still working well after 20 years of usage. The older units are not ventless, but we expect the same longevity.
For me, the bottom line is:
The units work and clean exceptionally well for such a small single door unit. I highly recommend the brand.
