Reliable product with a quick recovery
Two years and solid. The self-clean coils are also a nice addition that work well and keep them consistently clean.

Negatives:

We did have a small problem with the fan squeaking but was easily rectified by our facility team without repair costs.

For me, the bottom line is:

Nice looking unit that holds a zero temp without a problem. The vacuum seal helps to hold the unit at zero or below temps with ease. The unit also holds at temps with minimal ice and freezer burn.
