This piece of equipment is designed to roll two standard speed racks into it. We have a tremendous amount of banquets and it allows us to store pre plated desserts and salads.

ON this property we have tried to stay with all reach in coolers made by Hoshizaki. This allows our engineering department to really know what needs to be done from a pm perspective as well as repair knowledge.

For me, the bottom line is:

Well made and little amount of corners to clean
