This range… features a 24 3/8" wide open top with 4 burners that each deliver 28,000 BTU of heating power. These burners are non-clogging and have one-piece, removable cast iron grates. Below the range sits the space-saving oven, which boasts a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and delivers 35,000 BTU for maximum efficiency. This unit features a durable stainless steel front and sides. It operates using metal control knobs with a red stripe, making it quick and easy to identify and adjust the heat level. Its 4" stainless steel front rail has closed, welded end caps to protect the user from steam, hot splatters, and flames when adjusting the temperature. Its removable, one-piece crumb drawer underneath the burners provides easy cleaning. This model also includes a 22 1/2" high stainless steel flue riser with a shelf to vent excess heat and gases while providing extra storage space. The included oven has a snap-action thermostat to control and maintain the desired temperature. It is insulated on all 4 sides and the top with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool to reduce heat transfer. It also has a baffle assembly to ensure even, consistent cooking.
