A unique temperature probe measures heat loss within the oil and automatically adjusts the cook time to account for the drop. Towards the end of the cycle, the built-in fryer basket will emerge out and drain for about 12 seconds. After, it will flip the food down the out-bound chute! Aside from its easy-to-use design, this automated fryer has a handful of safety features to keep staff out of harm's way. The inherent one-way in, one-way out chute design naturally creates a distance between staff and oil. A locking door offers an additional barrier from any hot oil. If the door is opened during a fry cycle, there is a safety mechanism that will trigger an automatic shutdown of the device. It is designed with both a manual pull-tab and automatic fire suppression system. Each fry cycle is capable of cooking up to 4 lb. of product. Once it's time to close shop, the removable interior components can be cleaned daily in 5 minutes or less. All components aside from the heater assembly are machine washable. Even two of the three filter designs of the device can be regularly cleaned. The three-filter system includes a grease baffle, mesh filter, and charcoal filter. The grease baffle can be machine washed, and the mesh filter can be regularly washed, but should still be replaced twice a year.
