Designed with a standing pilot light that provides a ready flame when heat is required, the… cabinet is constructed of stainless steel front and door with galvanized sides and back. The fryers come standard with two nickel plated oblong wire mesh baskets, one nickel plated tube rack, one drain extension, a built-in integrated flue deflector and 4" adjustable legs. The fryers have an internal temperature range of 200F to 400F and a front 1-1/4" drain for quick and safe disposal of oil.
