It also features a 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve to easily empty the kettle's contents for serving. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. Plus, with a stainless steel construction, this unit is both durable and easy to clean. The Cleveland KDL-25 requires a 3/4" IPS steam connection, 1/2" NPT cold and hot water connections, and a 1/2" NPT drainage connection.
