The Hobart LXEH-2 High Temp Undercounter Dishwasher combines advanced wash performance with a compact footprint, making it ideal for commercial operations with space restrictions. The dishwasher can clean up to 32 racks per hour, and each wash cycle lasts only 109 seconds. The Hobart LXEH-2 has a completely automatic wash and rinse cycle that takes a lot of the guesswork and time out of operation. Double filtration continuously removes food and soil from wash water, keeping your dishes sanitized and free of debris. A built-in booster heater optimizes your sanitation by raising the water temperature up to a minimum of 180°F from an incoming temperature of 110°F. This commercial dishwasher requires both 120V and 208/240V connections. Overall it is a very good piece of equipment as long as it is taken care of and cleaned properly.

What works

the dish machine cleans barware very well
the temp on this machine is very consistent

What doesn't

As with any hobart you have to get a hobart tech or a company who works on hobarts. We were one of the first to get this machine a few years back and the design is very advanced. It was a challenge for techs to fix.
