Although the machine works well and is small there is significant down time becasue of breakdown.
What works
- High temp machines cut down on Chemical
- The dishwasher does not take up much space
What doesn't
This machine needs more maintenance than I have ever experienced with any other machine and the parts are not easy to get.
Features that mattered
High temperature machines help with chemical costs, also the machine looks great and is very easy to clean. I also like the options for cycle durations
What they would change
The durability of the machine in my mind is questionable. If they could make the machine less likely to breakdown that would be a huge upgrade.
